In the 25th year, joining the AK Party
The programme marking the 25th anniversary of the AK Party's founding was held on 14 August 2026 at Başkent Millet Bahçesi (Capital Nation's Garden), Ankara. At the programme, held under the theme “A Quarter Century with Our Nation — Türkiye Is Ready for the Future”, President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan pinned the membership pins on the members of parliament and mayors who joined the party.
